How To Wire A MCB Circuit Breaker

Circuit Breaker use in electric wiring is very important and in every place we use circuit breakers for safety / for switching. Today this post is about the wiring of a circuit breaker. In this article, you will completely learn how can you wire a breaker with a diagram and I do hope after that you will be able to wire a C breaker.

Wiring Method Of Circuit Breaker

Requirements :

C-breaker: 1 Electric C breaker
AC Supply: 110 or 220 volt
Electric Cable

Tools required :

1 Plier
Screwdriver set
Electric Tester (For Finding Phase and Neutral)

Method of wiring of circuit breaker :

First of all, switch off the main supply breaker or cut your incoming supply, if your incoming supply doesn’t have cut off breaker then, first connect the outgoing supply wire to the breaker and then connect the incoming supply to the breaker, by using this method you can easily and safely connect your outgoing supply wire. However, for a better explanation, I make an image + diagramĀ in which I have shown a circuit breaker with incoming supply and outgoing supply. The below image/diagram will help you to learn clearly.

MCB circuit breaker wiring diagram

In about imageĀ + diagram I have shown how to wire a one-way circuit breaker on the left side and right side I showed it with a symbol diagram. In the above diagram, the upside is neutral and phase is incoming supply and the down wire is outgoing supply. In other words, we connect the circuit breaker in series between the phase wire. I hope this is a good explanation for electrical students.

Then, dismantle your vehicle in where the wiring will be run. At the point when I say dismantle, I would not joke about this! Pull out seats, cover, boards, everything! Trust me, this will make running wires simpler and more secure.
